A very small and a very old beachfront family home was completely torn down to make room for this beauty!  I was brought in after the preliminary plans had been drafted and asked to complete the elevations and architectural details, select the finish materials, design the cabinetry, recommend lighting and plumbing fixtures, etc…  The new home is more than worthy of the beautiful Redondo Beach it sits on.
