REMODEL - GREF PROJECT
The original floor plan of this master bathroom was extremely dated and left a lot to be desired, aesthetically and functionally. The lady-of-the-house requested a private water closet which was a bit challenging in the small space. However, this master bathroom is now fitted with a huge walk-in shower with double shower heads, a unique Japanese soaking tub, custom cherry cabinets with a bow front vanity, a built-in linen cabinet, heated towel warmer and, of course, a separate water closet for privacy… nothing left to be desired! Once the bath remodel was complete, the owners had the remodeling bug… so we headed to the kitchen. They originally wanted to stay within the existing footprint, but as the design process progressed, they approved my recomendation for a small addition which would fulfill all of their requirements. To keep things light and maintenance-free, Cambria Praa Sands quartz was chosen for the counters. And for these discerning coffee and wine connoisseurs, I designed a custom beverage bar conveniently located adjacent to the dining room for easy entertaining. The result is a clean, functional, modern and simply beautiful space that was worth the wait.
