SINGLE FAMILY HOME - DUPLEX CONVERSION

The new owner of this older log home asked me to draw up plans to convert it into a duplex before they remodeled. The optimal layout was one larger unit with 3 bedrooms / 2 1/2 bathrooms and a smaller unit with 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom. This was a fun challenge and reminded me how much I love transforming floor plans!
