REMODEL - CHANGE PROJECT

Designing the remodel for this 60’s ranch style home was challenging but extremely rewarding!  The entire space was designed to be completed as budget allowed, but the first phase of this project was the public spaces with the master suite and children’s rooms to follow.  We removed the walls and fireplace which separated the dining room and the living room from the kitchen and opened it up to make one large great room for their growing family.  The multi-level island with opposing L’s is incredibly functional with its built-in composting system from Blanco.  The client also requested an indoor herb growing shelf and light above the main sink as well as a refrigerator and microwave drawer for their young children to reach safely.  In the living area, custom floating cabinets and shelving (with transom windows above) flank a zero clearance fireplace and media center for family time or entertaining.  And the powder Room shines with glass tile backsplash and a cluster of glass globe pendants.
